Longer VESA screws will interfere with internal hardware and void the system warranty.

Use a Thinlabs-approved stylus or your finger on a touch screen.
DO NOT USE PENS, PENCILS or OTHER SHARP OBJECTS -
that will damage the touch screen and void the system warranty.
Systems with resistive touch screens (TL7400, TL8400 models) require use of a resistive touch stylus.
Systems with IR touch screens (TL2420, TLI8400, TL8600 models) require an IR touch stylus.
Systems with pCAP touch screens (TL2440, TL2640, TL8610, TL8620 models) do not require a stylus.

Each reseller has their own policy on how RMAs are handled.

From the time an estimate for an RMA repair is received, a customer has 30 calendar days to approve quoted repairs.
After 30 days, Thinlabs reserves the right to either retire the system, or return the system unrepaired to the customer at their expense.

Thinlabs computers come with a standard one (1) year limited hardware warranty. The warranty of most integrated all-in-one systems and box modules can be extended to three (3) years within 30 days of purchase.

You can purchase a single Thinlabs system for a 30-Day No-Risk Evaluation, guaranteed with a credit card - if, at any point in those 30 days, you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the package for a full refund (less shipping and handling) for any reason in its original condition and packing.
An online Quote / Invoice with credit card payment link will be emailed (alternately, large organizations can raise a PO with NET 30 terms).
If the product is returned within 30 days in good standing, the refund will be applied to the credit card used or the invoice voided.
